Technical transparency
Cookie policy
Updated: June 15, 2026
Two kinds, different rules
1. Strictly necessary — always on
These store your language and browsing session. Without them the site doesn't work. Under EU law (strictly necessary exemption) they don't need your consent.

2. Analytics — only if you accept
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which parts of Tripitea actually help: which hotels get read, which guides hold attention, which buttons get clicked. IP is anonymised, we do no ad profiling, and we do not share data with advertisers or commercial third parties. If you reject, Tripitea works exactly the same — no content blocked or degraded.

What we don't do
So it's clear, things we don't install:
- Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel or any ad-network pixel.
- Hotjar, FullStory or any session recorder.
- Retargeting. We never follow you around the web with Tripitea ads.
- Selling data to commercial third parties.
Your rights
Tripitea traffic is anonymous (no user accounts), so neither of us can identify you. Even so, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and port the data Google Analytics processes about your browsing. Email us at hola@tripitea.com and we'll walk you through it, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on directly.
If anything here does not add up, write to us. Tripitea relies on the trust you put in us to exist.
